8 Weeks to Badass

Are you worthy enough to call yourself a badass?  Or do you just think you are one?

Find out if you truly are a badass by signing up for our upcoming "8 Weeks to Badass" training camp.

Wednessday's @ 5:30pm

Over the course of 8 weeks you'll develop STRENGTH, STAMINA, AND GRIT

Commit to getting stronger by overcoming obstacles and improving your mental fortitude.

Lots of different pieces of equipment will be utilized; such as KB's, Sandbags, Tires, Buckets, etc.  In addition we will incorporate some of Mother Nature's own equipment (rocks, water, hills, etc)

A complete 8 week Rugged Regimen training plan (a total of 32 progressive workouts) will also be provided.

You MUST be able to run, jump, crawl, and lift heavy objects.

Complete all 8 weeks and receive a "I'm a Rugged Athlete" t-shirt.
