1 can tuna
2 Tbsp tahini (can also use almond butter)
1 tsp parsley
1/4 cup chopped carrots
Blend everything together and enjoy alone or with a whole wheat tortilla or bread. I like to also include a little avocado for some extra added healthy fat.
